Responsibilities: |
Hands-on development of web product interfaces, NMS (Network Management System)
GUI development |

Key participant and contributor to product design process |

| Requirements: |
|
BS in computer science or at least 5 years equivalent development experience |
|
Significant web front-end development experience, including Flash, HTML/XHTML,CSS, JavaScript and AJAX |

Experience in Ruby on Rails highly desirable |
|
Experience developing consumer-facing GUIs |
|
Some experience with database-backed web application development with MySQL,
Perl, PHP or Ruby on Rails |
|
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and on short development
timelines |
|
Strong communication skills |
|
Understanding of design and user experience issues |

Description: Server Engineers – 3 Positions |
| |
Responsibilities: |
|
Participate in the implementation of server software components, Deep Content Inspection Server, Content Format Decoders (e.g. PDF, Doc, PPT, XLS, etc.), result aggregation |
|
Work with the Architecture Team, other engineering and scientific teams, and the product team to deliver a high performance, high-availability Server Software for Data Security |
|
| Requirements: |
|
BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline |
|
5+ years server-side development experience on Unix/Linux in C++/STL/Boost/etc. |
|
Keen understanding of scalability and performance considerations |
|
Experience developing large-scale software systems |
|
Demonstrated technical and project leadership skills |
|
Motivated self-starter, fast learner, strong communication skills |
|
| Plus: |
|
Significant experience in search, performance optimization, networking (TCP and UDP), database internals, large-scale web applications |
|
Experience building clustered or parallel-computing applications |
|
Significant Java development experience |
|
Track record of open-source contributions |
